The Easy Pass Card comes with a 10% discount and is perfect for those who use the expressway occasionally. Whether you’re driving a personal car today or taking the family van tomorrow, this card works across multiple vehicles, provided it’s topped up with enough credit.
For frequent travellers, the Weekly Pass Card of 50% discount, gives you unlimited fourteen (14) trips valid for seven (7) days. And if you’re a daily commuter, the Monthly Pass Card with 70% discount is your best option, providing unlimited access for an entire month, with sixty (60) trips valid for thirty (30) days. Only the Weekly and Monthly Pass cards are linked to your vehicle’s number plate so they can’t be shared among different vehicles.

To register, all you need is your National ID or Driving Permit, and Telephone Number. For the Weekly and Monthly Pass cards, you’ll also need your vehicle’s number plate. Once you have your card, top-ups are very easy!
You can easily top up funds to your Upesi card using MTN MOMO, Stanbic FlexiPay, or Airtel Money, all available at the touch of a button. Simply dial 165*4*5*6# for MTN, *291# for Stanbic FlexiPay, or 185*4*10# for Airtel Money, or use their respective apps. If you prefer paying in cash, our Points of Sale are also open from Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
In case you misplace your Upesi card, no need to worry. You can get a replacement for just UGX 20,000 at any of our Points of Sale, and your information and remaining card balance will be automatically transferred to the new card.
